Nocturne Dress

A midi dress in mauve nylon tulle, hand-felted with natural black Merino wool directly onto the fabric in large, expressive formations. The wool is placed entirely by hand, making every dress a singular object. Separate panels of mauve tulle are draped and wrapped around the body, working together with the felted wool to provide coverage across the bust and body, while adding structure and volume to the silhouette. The dress is finished with small green tulle floral appliqués at the shoulder and hip finished with a baby lock stitch in contrasting turquoise.
