About RUNAMAKY 
RUNAMAKY PROJECT is a community project that addresses a millennia-old Ecuadorian textile cultural heritage. But at the time it reviews, explores and investigates. The RUNAMAKY community workshop is made up of families from the Andean community of Salasaca-Ecuador, who esche ancestral techniques of weaving, dyeing and spinning. A process that uses native materials and involve the inhabitants of the community in all its processes.

All textiles made in the RUNAMAKY community workshop are unique pieces, handmade on looms, in limited quantities and slightly different from each other in texture and design. We celebrate the small details that the weavers put into each if pieces.
